Formed in and around areas of Bellingham Washington, the band Last Flowers makes it's debut appearance with an original and insightful EP entitled simply as EP: One. This collection includes five original tracks driven by an original acoustic arrangement consisting of a powerful grand piano, cello, violin, acoustic guitar, thoughtfully placed percussion, centered with an intimate and soulful vocal. Last Flowers has an ability to deliver a powerful and crisp live performance that keeps the broad, intentional, yet surprising musicianship that this band was intended for. Formed in 2011, Last Flowers started as a collaboration of Benjamin Lemons (Piano) and Nik Vinish (Vocals/guitar), spending time writing and recording songs with influences such as Radiohead, Elliot Smith, and Sigur Ros. Eventually Ben and Nik connected with Nate Goldizen of Bellingham who agreed to fill the spot of drummer for this new rising band. In the months to follow they have spent time writing and perfecting an ever-growing collection of songs they are eager to perform and display.
