Lanna Commins is a new artist from Thailand, currently with her 3rd CD just released. Lanna was born on 3 November 1983 in Bangkok to an Australian father and Thai mother. She spent her early years in Malaysia and Australia, before finally settling in Chiang Mai. Lanna's mother (Soontaree Vechanont) was a notable folk singer in Thailand with the Garan Manophet group and Lanna has pursued her own singing career with a style that varies from rock, hip hop to ballads and pop.
