Her debut EP, "Mood Board", was released on April 30, 2020. The project featured a collection of instrumental electronic tracks, focusing on textured soundscapes and experimental production, without any vocals or lyrics. Shortly after, on May 8, 2020, she released her first vocal single, "Oh, Baby", marking a shift toward more structured dance music. LaLa Banks is best known for her track "Seks", which gained modest underground recognition and is often cited by listeners as her signature work.
