There are at least SIX bands known as "Laissez Faire": 1 - Three Piece girl group based out of Miami Florida. Laissez Faire released 4 12" Maxi Singles from 1988-1992 and released the freestyle classic full length CD "Hands Off" in 1992 on Metropolitan Records. Laissez Faire hit the TOP 40 billboard charts with their single "In Paradise" written and produced by Joey Gold in early 1989."After The Lovin" "To Be In Your Arms" and Round & Round all followed with some radio/club play. Laissez Faire still perform at Freestyle concerts across the USA. 2. Five piece experimental hardcore band from Hawaii. 3. A greek band, formed in Thessaloniki during 2006, playing post-punk / new wave. The band's members are, according to their official facebook website: Laissez Faire were formed in 2006 in Thessaloniki Greece The band consists of: Milky (Vocals), Panoz L.(Drums), Kostas L.(Bass), Νikos Ch.(Guitar), Αlex O.(Guitar), Vaso Z.(Keyboards) They have a postpunk/new wave sound, with 80s'-00's influences.
