LaShawn is not a person, its just a name that goes with the music. LaShawn's only member was Daniel Anttila, born in Sweden 1977. LaShawn has so far produced two demos; in 1998 "Once Upon A Time" was assembled. Second demo, "Days Of My Weeks" was finished late 2001 and also featured a video to one of its track (The Fifth Day). An untitled promo from 2002 contains two tracks from earlier release "Days Of My Weeks" + two new tracks recorded spring/summer 2002. LaShawn was also featured on 2003's 'Practice avoiding mistakes', released by Tokyo Dawn Records. In 2004 LaShawn was discontinued due to lack of inspiration.
