La La Love You is a pop punk and indie rock band from Parla, Madrid, Spain, that was formed in 1996. The original members were Roberto Amor, David Merino, and Rafa Torres. They initially wrote songs in English, influenced by bands like The Ramones, but later switched to Spanish. The band's name, La La Love You, is a tribute to The Pixies' song of the same name. Over the years, other members have joined the band, and the current lineup includes Roberto Amor, David Merino, Mía Berlín, and Oscar Hoyos. They have released three albums: 'Umm... Que rico!' (2009), 'La La Love You' (2013), and 'Blockbuster' (2023). Their single "El fin del mundo" has been particularly successful, earning a triple Platinum certification. In 2009, they placed third in the Eurovision pre-selection gala. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
