The first, and brief, stage name of singer Salyu. The artist Lily Chou Chou was first created as a fictional singer for the celebrated Japanese movie "リリイ・シュシュのすべて" ("All About Lily Chou Chou") directed by Shunji Iwai. Takeshi Kobayashi created, with the help of a young singer who had not yet debuted, the extremely well written and thought through soundtrack to the movie, and the young singer became Lily Chou Chou for the ride. Lily Chou Chou's first album was "Kokyuu", which contains all her songs from the movie. As she would change her stage name to Salyu afterwards, and pursue a career as herself, "Kokyuu" was the first and only album given out by the name Lily Chou Chou.
