Lee Chae Yeon (Korean: 이채연; born January 11, 2000), better known as the name Chaeyeon, is a South Korean singer and lyricist under WM Entertainment. She is a former member of the project girl group IZ*ONE and a former member WM's pre-debut team WM Ggumnamu. She made her solo debut on October 12, 2022 with her first mini album Hush Rush. On March 21, 2023, it was announced that Chaeyeon would be releasing her second extended play titled 'Over the Moon' on April 12. On August 21 it was annouced that Chaeyeon would be releasing her single album The Move: Street on September 6, 2023.
