L’eau du robinet –project from Poznan born in 2006, Poland-based producer Cristopher Pokora. Drawing influences from a wide range of electronic music, such as the British Ninjatune label, l’eau du robinet (French for “tap water”) is a musical project which is individual in its outlook. Describing his music as a blend of electronica, experimental,chill out jazz, nu jazz and scratches, you’ll also hear snippets of spoken word audio, as well as a compelling hybrid of movie soundtracks from the fifties and sixties and a range of nicely selected and gracefully matured jazz samples. Cristopher started out playing guitar in various reggae outfits like band “The skiers”before graduating to music production and arrangement .
