Jacob Ferguson-Lobo (born June 1992), who goes by the stage name Lóbo, is a self-taught music producer. The name "Lóbo", which means "wolf" in Spanish and Portuguese, originates from Jacob's Portuguese ancestry. Based in London, Jacob started making music electronically in 2011 as a hip-hop and grime producer. In June 2013, Jacob started making electronic music as an artist in his own right under this pseudonym. Alongside his EP output of original material, Lóbo also dabbles in remixing and has brought his own unique sound to classics by artists including Amy Winehouse, Stevie Wonder, and Marvin Gaye. In 2018 he started writing and recording music with singer Gina Jane, with the pair releasing music under the name GeeJay.
