Kylver is an instrumental progressive rockband.The four-piece, who hail from Newcastle, are made up of bassist James Bowmaker, organist Neil Elliot, guitarist Jonny Scott and drummer Barry Mitcherson. Back in 2013 Jim, Jonny and Neil had the idea of making music that was a little different, challenging and a whole lot of fun to play and decided to form a band. Each member adds their own individual taste and style in to the mix that makes Kylver’s music something that is greater than the sum of its parts with elements of classic rock, prog, thrash, stoner, doom and sludge metal all thrown it to one pot.
