Kompleks K is a funk-rock band formed in 1996 in Split, Croatia. The first line-up was: Miro Šimic - vocals, guitar Ivan Smoje-Mačak - bass (Čuvari Svirala) Kristijan Barišić-Krista - guitar (Osmi Putnik) Ivica Aranza - drums The band's numerous concerts soon gained them a strong local fan base and helped to spread the word about the band outside their hometown. Kompleks K released their first demo in 2000 and Petar Bešlić (guitar) joined the band. For personal reasons the band was put on-hold a few years and in 1996 Petar Bešlić and Ivica Aranza left the band. Marin Koceić became the new drummer, but in 2010 he was replaced with Zvone Reljić (ex Proteus). In 2010 Kompleks K reactivated and released their first album Lektira, through the new found label "Štajner Records".
