Koino Yokan is a musical duo from Buenos Aires, Argentina, formed in October 2018 by Tomás Otero (vocals) and Jeremías Oro (bass, guitar, keyboard, and production). In their first two years, they mainly performed covers of popular songs, particularly those from the Argentine rock genre. They gained notoriety with their reinterpretations of "Casi que me pierdo" by Los Cafres and "Pupilas Lejanas" by Los Pericos. However, in 2020, they shifted their focus entirely to creating original music. A year later, they released their debut album "Lo que ayer callé". One of the singles from this album, "Lo que hoy quieras," went viral in late 2021, helping them consolidate their reputation as a songwriting duo.
