Marcus DeWayne Franks (KOBOOGIE) Born March 15,1989. known by his stage name KOBOOGIE he is an American/African rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur. KOBOOGIE had a hard time getting in a studio. At the time no one really had one. Growing up KOBOOGIE parents was on drugs he was raise around drug dealers, crack smokers, in the ghetto rough parts of the neighborhood. His mom Mary Ann Fisher is a Gospel singer father was in the army from Hosston Louisiana 1984-88.. KOBOOGIE have 10 siblings 8 sisters 2 brothers. he proclaim he can rap to the rain drops. KOBOOGIE started rapping at the age 16. He made his first song with his sister Tiffany Franks. The Song was called (You Can Do Anything). Marcus KoBoogie Franks really grow up in Michigan. He attended Comstock Park High School and Muskegon Heights Middle School. He would pass out cds to friends and people around the way. Growing up watching the people around him was rubbing off bad intentions. At 16 he was beat down by Shreveport police for riding with some white friends who was going to pick up drugs. From the discovery they never got the drugs yet and that mad the cops very hot at KoBoogie. From that point on KoBoogie started traveling and going places around the world more. In 2007 he lost his father do to congestive heart failure. JUNE 20,2007. KoBoogie Uncle Henry Lawrence Jr has been missing since November 1998 its rumors he was in the drug cartel. He even Knew people who worked for Big Meech crew BMF round 20
