With their array of brass, strings and percussion, this lively Dutch band gaurantees a party, in true Gypsy style. Songs played with a mountain of energy, that will make you both laugh and cry; Klavan will blow you away. To fully appreciate the passion and energy of these men, you have to see them live. With a caravan of musical influences, these guys have set the house on fire; at locations no other than: Lowlands, Oerol, Paaspop, de Gentse feesten, Melkweg, Patronaat, Watt and LVC. No coincidence then that their debut album, released in 2010, was titled Fire. Once you see them perform, you understand why these men crisscross the country in their characteristic red Firetruck. The follow up album, Harrejasses Hotel, released march 2012, with the all too familiar cries of hoppa and hatsa, promises to be smoking. Fire was the start, Harrejasses Hotel picks up from there. More intense, more energetic and more their own. This album will launch you into a much saught after world of fantasy and pleasure. Take the plunge and put your senses to the test.
