Artist
Kiyoshige Koyama (小山清茂; b. 1914) was a Japanese composer. After graduating from Nagano Teachers College in 1933, he made a living as a schoolteacher until 1955, then he began composing full-time. He placed first in the composition division of the Music Competition of Japan in 1946 and won awards in the annual Arts Festival in 1957, 1959 and 1962. In addition to his activities as a composer, he was a professor at Kobe Yamate Women's Junior College.
