Originally begun in 2006 in San Francisco, Kite Flying Robot has gone from a one man multimedia art project to a full band synth-explosion dance party. KFR's songs have been played on U.S. college radio as well as Resonance FM in London. Their first US tour was in July 09, and they have performed a stint of shows in London UK. Now located in Oklahoma, KFR has released a full length album, Solid Gold, that reflects the power of their live sets. It features catchy but complex electronic dance tunes, both dark and dandy.
