King’s Fool was created in Bordeaux (France) in February 2007 by Jean-Sébastien and Munky Dinamik Blast. For now, all the songs are written and composed by both of them whose influences come from British bands (Radiohead, Blur, The Beatles…) and Post-Rock music (Sigur Ros, Mogwai, My Bloody Valentine…) for example. In July 2008, K’s F finished its first L.P called « Surrounded by Fools ». The album has been entirely recorded at Jean-Sébastien’s flat on his laptop. The songs feature ethereal and noisy guitars, guitar bass, drums and voices. Regarding the lyrics, they’re mainly based on a abstract depiction of self-experienced stories or feelings.
