Killcount Diary is a melodic death metal band from Finland. K.D was founded 19.01.08 at Järvenpää, Finland. Killcount Diary was set up by the guitarist Joona and former drummer Lauri. After a while Markus joined the band as the second guitarist. They played without a bass player, but after a while they realized that the band is a not a band without a bassist. Joona asked Teemu if he would like to come and play bass in his and Lauri's project, he agreed in no time. They made their first EP at Legendary E-Major Studios, Kerava, Finland. 1.4.2010 They changed their name to Killcount Diary. 25.09.09 Singer bassist Teemu left the band for personal reasons, so they began the search for a new vocalist and bass player. 1.11.09 Roope contacted to band and asked is the singer's place still free. 7.11.09 Roope was singing for the first time with K.D and 20.11.09 he became an official member of the band. About three months later 18.02.2010 Ville contacted to K.D and 23.02.2010 he was playing for the first time with K.D. 24.02.2010 he became an official member of the band. October 2010 they got a new drummer Aleksi. 2011 summer K.D got again a new drummer Jasper.
