Kill Kenada are a rock music group from Bognor Regis, England, formed in 2001 inspired by Fugazi, Pavement, Sonic Youth, Pixies, Urusei Yatsura, At The Drive-in, and many more. The band name is a reference to a character named Shotaro Kaneda or Kanada in Akira. The lead singer Tim Smithen reputedly misspelled it as 'Kenada', and this became the spelling used for the band name. Their original line up consisted of Tim Smithen on vocals and bass, Danny Williams on guitar, and Stewart "Stoo" Fairhurst on drums. Fairhurst was replaced by drummer James "Eldge" Eldrige in 2005, and in 2007 Eldge seems to have been replaced by Stevie Styx. They have not released any new music since 2010.
