Kilian Muster Is a German typographer/ UX designer living in Tokyo, Japan, and one of the first German podcasters. His German language podcast “Kilians Podkost*” ran from 2005 to 2015 with longer breaks in between. The podcast was nominated for the 1st German Podcasting Award, and also featured on German TV (WDR) in »Kaffee oder Tee?«. It was also featured in diverse print media (Macwelt – iPod Special, Luzerner Zeitung, Annik Rubens’ Podcasting book, Radio Journal, etc.) Most Episodes are audio only, but there are also a few video episodes. Kilian talks about living and working in Japan. Some episodes also feature interviews with mostly German speaking people living and working in Japan. At the end of most episodes he usually includes a few words in his “native tongue” the German Alemannic dialect.
