Born in Tokyo, with time growing up spent in California, New York, and Germany, Kevin's music is for those who enjoy pop-folk situated somewhere between Jackson Browne and Guster. His full length debut, Pre-Existing Condition, was listed among Minnesota's best records of 2011 by City Pages. The list also included the Jayhawks, Atmosphere and Mason Jennings. Shows since he began touring in 2008 include Room 5 (LA), CMJ, Rockwood Music Hall (NYC), First Ave/7th Street Entry (Minneapolis), Half Moon Putney (London), Cafe Mono (Oslo). He relocated to Oslo, Norway, from Minneapolis in 2012, where he has already played several festivals, including By:Larm, Eikerapen Roots, and Dark Season.
