Born in Mission Viejo in the summer of 1990 and beginning music composition at the age of 14, Kelly Forte is capable of composing a universal brand of music that touches any style of music one can think of, mostly those within the genres of electronica, ambient, world, rock, and classical. If he is good at composing a trippy chillout song, he will fare just as well with a peppy and whimsical surf tune. Forte's influences, altogether, are just eclectic as his music. He is influenced by musical figures such as Asura, Steve Roach, Amethystium, John Foxx, Ulrich Schnauss, Sounds from the Ground, Vangelis, David Arkenstone, 2002, Tau, Blue Stone, Deep Forest, the Afro Celt Sound System, ATB, Enigma, Yes, Jean Sibelius, Celtic Woman, James Horner, Hans Zimmer, David Wise, Harry-Gregson Williams, Spenser Nilsen, Thomas Newman, Bjarne O., and Mars Lasar.
