Keira was originally exposed to music in early childhood by accompanying the Music Together classes her mom taught. At age five she began piano lessons and in fourth grade she started playing cello in her school's orchestra. Around that time, she began writing music of her own. Keira won an award in the National PTA Reflections Contest "A Different Kind of Hero" in which she wrote a song about her dad. In June of 2011, Keira won the International Smashtune Songwriting Contest for her song "When I'm With You." The grand prize was a trip to Hawaii where Keira was a finalist in the Kauai Music Festival's Songwriters Contest. Keira's debut album "Wondergirl" was released in November, 2011. She was voted "Favorite Part of First Night Alexandria" in January, 2012 and was awarded the 2012 Miss Nova Music Award in February. In August 2012, Keira wrote the score for the short film "American Financial" which subsequently won multiple industry awards. In 2016, Keira graduated from the Frost School of Music where she majored in Music Business & Entertainment Industries with minors in Songwriting and Entrepreneurship. In 2017, Keira moved to Los Angeles where she worked with Grammy-winning songwriter/producer RedOne, who is best known for creating Lady Gaga's first hits. Keira decided to start fresh in 2019 by removing her early music from stores and streaming sites to make room for new releases. In March 2019 she debuted her single "All the Right Things;" a collaboration wi
