Kathy Mathis (now Kathy Mathis-Horry) was an R&B singer originally from Battle Creek, MIchigan, who had minumnum success in the late 1980s. She released two albums, Katt Walk in 1987 and A Woman's Touch 1988. Her singles were 'Late Night Hour', 'Baby I'm Hooked', 'Men Have To Be Taught', and 'Got To Give It Up'. Mathis have left the secular music industry over 22 years has since became a minister, earned a degree in music, and has recorded gospel music.
