Kasper Bjørke is a Danish DJ, record producer and remixer from Copenhagen. He started in Filur made up of Tomas Barfod and Kasper Bjørke himself on lead vocals with various guest singers. They released four albums: Exciting Comfort (2001), Deeply Superficial (2002), Into the Wasteland (2006) and Faces (2011). They are best known for the hits "I Want You" and later for "The Con" and "Concentrate!". They also released "It's Alright" and "Shame" which were minor hits in Italy. They also toured the United States, Europe and Japan. Tomas Barfod is now part of WhoMadeWho. The band has won two DMA awards for "Best Producers" and "Best Dance Album". By releasing on imprints such as Mirau, Compost Black Label, Hfn Music, Plant and V2, and the hit singles "Young Again" and "Heaven" from his sophomore album "Standing on top of Utopia" from 2010, (which included remixes by Prins Thomas and Nicolas Jaar, that recieved support by everyone from Seth Troxler to Tim Sweeney), Kasper has positioned himself as one of the most renowned and versatile Danish contributors to the international electronic music scene; both as a Dj and producer. The third studioalbum "Fool" was released April 1st 2012 on Hfn Music, accompanied by stellar remixes from Rebolledo (Comeme), Axel Boman (Pampa), Maxxi Soundsystem (Hot Waves), Pillow Talk (Wolf + Lamb) Permanent Vacation and many more... the singles "Lose Yourself to Jenny" and "Deep is the Breath" recieved great DJ feedback and took a firm hold on both
