They released their highly-acclaimed debut-album "PARADISO" in autumn 2003, including former band-member NICK McCARTHY (of FRANZ FERDINAND), and their second Album "MUNICH ME MATA" is about to be released by PAUL THOMSON'S label "NEW!". KAMERAKINO started as a dance-group in the Ballet-Mechanique-tradition. They developed their own soundtrack and suddenly did musik to listen to - without tanzing. Charakteristique came to be the German lyrics of Spanish dompteur PIKO B and the Dur-Moll-Harmonies of yodeling guitarist-auteur EROL D, accompanied by SEBASTIAN MMM on violins. Russian stewardess POLLY ESTER (who doesn`t know her spectacular ZOMBO-COMBO freakout-féte-konzept?) on the bass, and THOMAS WÜHR on the drums (HANS PLATZGUMER) arrived to build the basement.
