Camelia Todorova is a Bulgarian singer distinctively outstanding in a special way in everything she does: she is a versatile artist. Yes, being different, new - this is the crystal ball where one has to look for the truth of both person and singer Camelia Todorova. What she will invariably tell you is that she's continues her soul-searching with the firm belief that rediscovering oneself is the best thing a person could aim for. And this is the very quality which often draws an enigmatic shroud between her and her audience. Because Camy is not only a singer, though music has always been a priority in her artistic career - she grew up in a family circle adoring jazz and grand opera. She was a good artist - coveting a dream of becoming an architect. She even began her studies in the profession, but disappointments became a hurdle… only to redirect her to acting. For three and a half years she practices acting in Theatre "4 x 4" where performing on stage along with dancing and singing revealed her artistic identity. The breakthrough happened when her professors at the Music Academy overwhelmed by the speed with which she covered the stretch from a pupil to a ripe professional, her fluent "musicality", wide sound range and pitch diversity, discovered the needed soloist to represent them at the Second Jazz Festival at the Universiada Hall.
