Kaltflut is Michael Tiersch, born June 11, 1980 (Magdeburg, Germany) from Wolfsburg, Germany. His interest in dance music began in 1994, after hearing Scooter, Mark’Oh, Westbam, Marusha, RMB, among other artists. This music was a new experience for him, one he was sure would become a large part of his life. By 1999, Michael became interested in producing trance music, and the harder he worked at it, the easier it became. At the present time, music is such a major part of his life, he’s said his life wouldn’t be the same without it. In his own words: “It’s amazing for me that every day gives us new discoveries and new fascinations.
