There are numerous artists named Kage. 1. Kage is a gangsta rap artist from Sacramento, CA. 2. KAGE was an American metal band based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, formed in July 2004. The band was founded by vocalist Nick Brown and guitarist Layne Lowery, who also served as the group’s primary songwriter. The lineup featured drummer Steve Bolognese, known for his work with Beyond the Embrace, and bassist Colin Almeida. In 2006, KAGE released their debut album, The Nightmare Ends. The album was self-produced by Layne Lowery and was described by the band as a concept-driven release intended to present a complete narrative arc. KAGE operated primarily within the regional New England metal scene and did not achieve mainstream commercial exposure. 3. KAGE is a Band based in Lusaka, Zambia and churning out incredible sounds with an Earl Klugh guitar tradition. Their music blends Afro Jazz sounds in the footsteps of Dollar Brand and aggressive guitar works. Their debut album entitled" She is a Woman" celebrates the "feminine divine'".
