K.k. Rampage is not for the faint of heart. The band has been an underground phenomenon from the start. Being hailed as the next Arab on Radar and talked about on message boards everywhere. What makes these guys different than AIDSwolf and other no-wave bands? In noise it is often quantity not quality but K.k. Rampage seems to keep both in check. From their early releases like Friend Face up until their latest masterpiece Lies, Deception, and Tall Tales they keep your full attention for the few minutes of noise and shouting. $$ Rampage’s Johnny Rampage’s falsetto is reminiscent of the most recent Arab on Radar albums and bands like AIDSwolf. You might get it. Most won’t. As their myspace page proclaims ‘we are the holocaust’. K.k. Rampage is the last hope for music.
