About JUNIOR O In the mid nineties, Junior O was part of a minority of NYC producers ushering a new sound in the world of dance music. This sound was equal parts techno, house, different and just plain funky. The sound attributed much to his background and his upbringing, being not only born but raised in NYC to Colombian parents. His output during this time was as varied as the labels he released and licensed his music to. Labels such as AV8/BMG, Narcotic, Strictly Rhythm, Yoshitoshi, Renaissance, React, NRK, and Defected UK all wanted their part of the Junior O sound. This propelled his demand as a DJ and Junior O soon found himself with residencies at D club in Switzerland, Roxy Club in Prague and rotating some of NYC and Miami’s premiere nightclubs such as Tunnel, Sound Factory Bar, Palladium, Sound Factory, Twilo and Salvation. In 2001, he moved to Miami, Florida and embarked on a new chapter in his life- sound design. However, it wasn’t long before his true calling returned when he came across the canonical self help book that has changed the lives of some of the most successful people in the 20th century, “The Master Key System” by Charles F. Hannel. Axiom Recordings was born out of this desire to align the mind, creativity, desire and positive energy with a like minded team of individuals all helping to realize the vision.
