„Juanita is Dead“ is an experimental industrial noise band from Vilnius, formed in 2005 by Jevgenijus Karnyšovas and Miroslavas Chomenko. At the moment, the band consists of four members: Jevgenijus Karnyšovas (vocal, lyrics, music), Miroslavas Chomenko (music, programing), Artur Čaikovskij (percussion, design), Antanas Kavaliauskas (guitar). The band's style ranges from industrial to noise, and from ebm to darkwave. Three albums are already released: “Серебро Ангельских Слёз” and “Девочки Третьей Мировой”. The most recent is “Dead Girls Album” which was released in 2008 on the “Perineum” label. The band took part in few festivals in Vilnius (video is available on disk). Now the band is working on new conceptual album with a Chernobylian thematic, and is looking for opportunities to spread their music.
