Josiah Thomas Mason (born December 14th, 1992), is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter springing up from the Cedar Rapids, Iowa music scene. Josiah recorded his first album early in 2011, using a 4-track and single mic setup. While learning to master his craft, Josiah is constantly writing new music and recording new riffs and lyrics daily. Josiah's largest influences spawn from a childhood appreciation for Relient K, The OC Supertones, as well as music from his father's time, including Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles, Peter Gabriel, and Paul McCartney and Wings. At the time of the Loose Lips EP recordings, Josiah spent much of his time listening to artists like John Mayer, Jack Johnson, and Jason Mraz.
