Joshuan 'Josh' Mertens is originally born in Los Teques, Venezuela, he is an artist, composer and producer set in the Shoetrap genre that is inspired by D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) subgenres such as Emo Rap and Shoegaze of the 90's. After having released his debut album "Samsara" at the age of 17 with important tracks like "Celexa" and "Lil Pisces". After this album he goes by the name of Joshuan Lavender and take his music to a more Rock and Hardcore Punk genre.
