"I can give up Whiskey, and still feel the buzz. Yeah, girl, I'm still wasted, but I'm wasted on love." Country up-and-comer Josh Charles will release “Wasted on Love”, his first new single since 2011’s critically acclaimed "Life Ain't Fair", on 2/26, via Downhome Records/THC : Music/Ingrooves/Fontana. "Wasted" marks another successful collaboration between Charles and legendary songwriter Milton L. Brown (“Every Which Way But Loose”), cut in Nashville at Moose Lodge Studio, and featuring Kenny Greenberg, Jim "Moose" Brown, and Bruce Bouton, backing Josh on keys and vocals. Known for his diverse keyboard skills, ranging from New Orleans blues to straight ahead jazz and everything in between, Charles, the protégé of legendary songwriter/performer (and Rock N’ Roll Hall of fame inductee) Dr. John, was appointed National spokesperson for Casio Privia, just one of the many accolades already pouring in for the young artist. In addition to high profile media appearances including Good Morning America, Tavis Smiley, CNN, and Voice of America, Josh has been featured in the Huffington Post, AOL Music, Music Row, Keyboard Magazine, USA Today, LA Weekly, American Songwriter, and many more. Josh describes "Wasted" as "a feel-good song describing a man’s descent into Hell and back, with things made right by finding love." He smiles as he says, “It must have universal appeal, because, at concerts, I've seen five and six year olds singing along.” Josh will be back in Nas
