Joseph Doll (born in Bavaria and died in Naples in August 1774) was a German organist, composer and pedagogue. In Italy he was known as Giuseppe Dol. With the help of Cardinal Spinelli, Joseph Doll was admitted to the Conservatory dei Poveri di Gesù Cristo in Naples onDecember 15, 1736 where he studied with Francesco Durante and Francesco Feo. In 1749 he wrote the cantata Per la solenne esposizione del santissimo sagramento to a text by Cardinal Giuseppe Ercolani. In 1755 he became second master of the Conservatory of Sant'Onofrio a Porta Capuana alongside Carlo Cotumacci. A little later, in 1757, he was also appointed second organist of the Treasury Chapel of Naples Cathedral. In 1770 he met in Naples the young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Doll is the only non-Italian musician to become maestro of one of the Neapolitan conservatories.
