Jorge Díaz, also spelled in Last.fm as Jorge Diaz is a jazz guitarist from Chile. Born in 1974 in Mendoza, Argentina, to Chilean parents, he is a self-taught guitar player with an admiration for legendary artists like John McLaughlin. He has played with many artists in the Chilean jazz scene, from Cristian Cuturrufo to Christian Galvez, integrating bands like La Marraqueta and Los Titulares. In 2007 he formed Jorge Diaz Trio with bassist Hugo Rojas and drummer Félix Lecaros. He has also released solo music and works as a music teacher.
