Jon Shaw began his music career as the guitarist and vocalist in the band Myriad in 1997. After the band split in 2000, Jon found himself producing tracks for various other artists and found a livelihood though building up a recording studio and pursuing research in music business. He is a consultant, lecturer and studio owner outside his personal music. In 2009 he wrote a deeply personal song and was inspired by the “popera” style of the time. He had a vision of a style of music he could relate to on all levels and set about forming an image and sound that would define his newly realised dream.
