Jon Sayles was born in Ft. George Meade MD - He's been playing guitar since he was 5 years old (~52 years). He graduated from the Hartt College of Music in 1975 - and was fortunate to have studied there with the late Joseph Iadone and his wife Susan Iadone - who started him on his path - playing part-music from the Renaissance and Medieval times. He does not consider himself a professional guitarist - having gone into Software Development since 1983 - but, as a tribute to Joe and Sue Iadone recorded these tunes in 2006 and 2007.
