Jolea is a producer and an artist, born in 1984 in Helsinki. She started making electronic music in the beginning of the new century, and has used her voice through different names and projects. Her voice has caught the attention of people and inspired collaborations and appearances in releases of other artists. Jolea’s music is a combination of ethereal soundscapes, crushed idm-beats and organic sounds, topped with the fragile strenght that lies in her vocals. She released her debut album "Ghostly Figures" on her own label Audiobaum in October 2009, and now she's releasing a twin EP "..And the Ghosts That Followed" that is continuing the story; the first part was already released in August and it is a collection of remixes, and the second part "The Other Side" is an EP worth of unreleased material.
