After a life long passion for music, collecting records and the inevitable purchase of turntables, John began playing in bars and club nights around Sydney. At the age of 24, his reputation has seen been booked to play alongside the likes of ATFC, Bob Sinclar, Cassius, Chris Lum, Crazy Penis, Dimitri From Paris, DJ Falcon, DJ Sneak, Felix Da Housecat, Erric Morillo, Jt Donaldson, Kaskade, Mark Farina, Mylo, Steve Angello, Tocadisco and Tom Neville amongst others. Currently he holds down many regular gigs throughout Sydney at club/club nights such as Kink@Arthouse, Tank, Mylk, YU, Smut@Lady Lux, Chinese Laundry, Moulin Rouge and Cargo Bar etc. He’s played interstate having done dates in Melbourne, (at clubs such as Honky Tonks, F4 and Alumbra) and Brisbane (playing at Family and the Press Club) while also playing at some of the bigger summer festivals such as Fuzzy’s Parklife and more recently the Future Music festival. John’s latest project in music production has seen the release of his first 12” single with DJ and friend Col Russell (DJ Freestyle) out on US House label Grab Recordings, titled ‘Looking for Teddy.’ John’s also presents radios shows on stations 2SER(107.3FM) and BONDIFM (88.0FM), written music reviews for local street press (3DWorld) but more recently has shifted his attention to his own music production.
