Jimmy Cavallo (born James Cavallo on 14 March 1927; died 2 December 2019) was an American musician best known for performing with his band Jimmy Cavallo & His House Rockers in the 1956 movie, Rock, Rock, Rock, by pioneering music DJ Alan Freed. Jimmy Cavallo & His House Rockers was the first white band to play at the Apollo Theater in Harlem where they celebrated the movie's release.
