Jimi Bott, born San Francisco, California, August 13, 1965, is a blues and rock drummer. In addition to multi-year stints with Rod Piazza & The Mighty Flyers and The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Bott has performed and recorded with many artists, including Fiona Boyes, Billy Boy Arnold, William Clarke, Floyd Dixon, Johnny Dyer, James Harman, Rick Holstrom, Mark Hummel and Jimmy Rogers. Bott has recieved numerous honors, including four Blues Music Awards nominations as Blues Drummer of the Year (2006-2009, incl.) and six WC Handy nominations as Blues Drummer of the Year.
