Jimbo Farrar is a four musicians band from Bordeaux, FR. Jimbo Farrar is formed by Olivier Lafont – bass Patrice Clairfeuille – bass Sébastien Capazza – guitar Laurent Mateo - drums The will of forming a group has come in 2004, in the backstage of the show « Orlando Furioso » from « Compagnie Fracas ». The all four got the desire to work together on music and sound experiments. Already well experimented (over 1000 concerts for them all), and influenced by post-rock groups such as Tortoise, Mogwai, Explosions In The Sky, Godspeed You ! Black Emperor, and so on… The results of their work is immediate.
