Jim White (not to be confused with the alt-country singer songwriter of the same name) is an Australian musician, the acclaimed drummer of many acts, including Dirty Three, Cat Power, Smog and PJ Harvey. Marisa Anderson is a composer, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist living in Portland, United States. She works solo and with others. Anderson's past projects include The Dolly Ranchers and The Evolutionary Jass Band. They teamed up to record the album The Quickening (2020), and again for Swallowtail(2024).
