Jewels of the Nile are a female duo based in Los Angeles, CA. Formed early in 2010 by Meghan Scanlon and Jessy DeLaurentis (SUBTONIX) while playing in their other band MAGICK DAGGERS, the two bonded over a common love of primal, down-tempo electronic music, also sharing double air in the stars, combining to create a spark of desire and freedom of exploration.
