Michael Joshua Cook August 16, 1990 – August 27, 2022 Jew Sheisty aka MikeCookBurst was an underground rapper from Florida. He started dropping music somewhere around 2012-2014 and was friends with underground legend Ruben Slikk and made some music with him. Sheisty also has worked with YNW Melly on the song "All I Do is Flex". He met his friend BLP Kosher sometime in 2020 and they formed a connection thru their Jewish faith and rap, and quickly became great friends. Sheisty actually gave BLP his rap name and motivated Kosher to take music seriously and he really helped Kosher start his career. The duo dropped a few songs together and were both in the Dreidel Gang collective. They were starting to gain traction in the underground, especially with their "Beatbox freestyle", with many clips of it going viral on TikTok and Instagram. Unfortunately this momentum would be stopped after Jew Sheisty passed away tragically on Saturday, August 27, 2022 (cause of death never publicly stated). Despite this tragedy BLP Kosher kept going with music and managed to blow up and make a career out of it, and he is still carrying on his Sheisty's legacy, never letting people forget about him, always paying respects to both him and Kosher's other friend who passed, Charmane on songs and interviews, and really any chance he gets.
