Energetic, catchy pop punk about broken hearts, lonely nights and nostalgic memories, that’s what Jetlag Jenny is all about. Guided by Hedon Productiehuis and producer Guido Aalbers (Live, Paceshifters, Fokko), the band released their debut EP ‘Look Out!’ in June 2019. With the EP released for people to enjoy, a lot of shows were played in and around Zwolle. Following the success of the EP, their new single ‘17’ was released exclusively on KINK. In May 2020, the single ‘Part Of You’ was released at a release show in legendary music venue Hedon. After the release of ‘Part Of You’ the band decided to split up, leaving Davic Roest as the only remaining member. He decided to find new band members which he found in bass player Herman Nijkamp, drummer Marcel Medema, and temporary guitarist Aart de Gier. This reformation led to a bunch of new songs and a fresh sound. The band went into the studio with producer Robin van Loenen (Destine, Five Years Later) to record their new single ‘Killing Me’, which was mastered by Troy Glessner (Neck Deep, MxPx, Underoath). ‘Killing Me’ is the starting point of a new Jetlag Jenny, and was released on June 16th, 2021 at White Russian Records.
