Jesse James Rutherford (born August 21, 1991), also known mononymously as Jesse,is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He is the lead vocalist of the alternative rock band the Neighbourhood. He made his solo debut back in 2017 with the single ‘Born To Be Blonde’. Later that year he came out with the single ‘Drama’ and his first studio album titled ‘&’. In 2018 he was featured in Goody Grace’s ‘Too High’ , benny blanco’s ‘Better to Lie’ and Olivia O’Brien’s ‘Love Myself'. His second album was released in 2019, titled ‘Garage&’, following the publishing of pre-release single ‘Tunnelovision’. In 2023, he came back unexpectedly with the release of a single titled 'Joker & Rainbow', including two homonym tracks.
